Meet Angela Ridge
Before she was working for CFI as the vice president of HR, Ridge worked for XPO Logistics aka Con-Way. Here she served as the Director of Operations Support. Her roles included developing and implementing global training models. These models included topics like trucking job recruitment, truck driver retention, and workforce planning. She also worked at Con-Way serving as the Senior Organizational Development Manager. This involved collaborating with leadership to create programs geared at truck drivers and logistics staff.
Ridge also served as the National HR Project Manager at Menlo Logistics. Here she was in charge fo the West Coast Region HR program and the company’s organizational development systems program. This provided human resources services for more than 550 full-time workers and 300 individual contractors. Prior to this position, Ridge was a corporate education strategist employed by Oregon State University. Here she was in charge of corporate training and staff development for the university. Ridge was responsible for starting up a learning management system for the entire team of staff at OSU.
