- NO CANADA
- QUALL-COM IS AVAILABLE FOR $10.00 PER WEEK.
- OPERATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- 1. PHYSICAL DAMAGE/LIABLITY, BOBTAIL, AND WORK COMP INS.
- 2. FUEL TAXES
- 3. HEAVY HIGHWAY USE TAX
- 4. ALL REPAIRS ON THE ROAD OR IN HOUSE.
- TRUCK MUST BE 2002 OR NEWER
- NO ESCOW ACCOUT REQUIRED.
