Driver Pay:
* Student drivers earn $400/week while training (only hire students in certain areas).
* After training period, students earn 31 cpm.
* Drivers with six months to two years experience start out at 33 cpm, with the exception of IL, OH, IN, WI. After 12 months of service the pay increases to 37 cpm.
* Drivers from the states of IL, OH, IN, WI with six months to two years experience start out at 37 cpm.
* Drivers with more than two years experience start out at 37 cpm for all states with the exception of IL, OH, IN, WI. Top out pay is 41.5 cpm and can be reached in 36 months.
* Drivers from the states of IL, OH, IN, WI with two years experience start out at 41.5 cpm.
* Driver trainer pay is $1,150 per week-GUARANTEED.
